Building A Better Future With Peace Of Mind When starting Ultimate Reblocking & Underpinning, our founders' mission went beyond exceptional craftsmanship (although this certainly was and still is a staple): our founder wanted to provide peace of mind to Victorian homeowners. This peace of mind regarded their most treasured possession: their homes. Our homes are meant to be our safe place. Our home is where we can retreat after a long day, raise our families, and enjoy some of life’s most beautiful memories. For this reason, we know firsthand that it can be enormously stressful when homes begin to lean, slide, sink, dip or otherwise become unbalanced. Homes, after all, are large, and the network beneath their foundations oftentimes complex and changing. Change might be inevitable, but our founder wanted to ensure that when it does happen, the underpinning and reblocking necessary didn’t have to be stressful, complex or slow. Since Day One, our founder (and now the rest of our team) are motivated each and every day to help our clients overcome the stress and challenges in releveling, with ease.

Finding A Purpose In Our Craft On the tools side of things, we’re proud to admit that our entire team derive an immense amount of meaning and purpose from pursuing excellence in our work. We do this because when it comes to people's homes, we know that anything less than the highest standard of quality would be a disservice to our clients’ future. We knew that a problem with a client’s home wasn’t just stressful. It also actively damaged their peace of mind, too. It’s why our goal has always been to make reblocking and underpinning achievable and simple for our clients. We like to think that in our own way, we help to restore peace of mind for members of our community by being completely transparent at every step of our process. We view our job as a collaborative process, including our clients as much as possible and educating them on the best steps to keep their home safe.
